Job Title: Financial Operations Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with business objectives
- Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
- Manage the financial operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10-12 years' experience in accounting/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
