About Job

Responsible to produce pre and post contract deliverables for projects, managing total cost in line with initial estimations. Also responsible for conducting cost management and administration duties for packages under management, including estimating, measurement, bills of quantity production, and cost planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out cost management and contract administration duties for packages under administration
  • Estimating, measurement, bills of quantity production and cost planning activities
  • Responsible for the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
  • Responsible for the taking off quantity of the tendering project based on tender drawings and documents, sourcing quotations for suppliers and sub-contractors where necessary
  • Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claims, assisting in monthly projection cash flow
  • Produce monthly cost reports
  • Able to take a lead cost role interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages
  • Review, analyse and produce variation order assessments

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of project cost management principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software, such as Primavera P6 or similar
  • Professional certifications such as AACE or CCM
