Job Description- As a focal point for ASPAC customers, process material orders efficiently and effectively, managing logistics and suppliers with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing all customer-related requests promptly and providing high-quality solutions.
- Process and administer material orders received from customers with accuracy and speed, handling any discrepancies or backorders professionally.
- Establish and maintain open communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their enquiries and deliveries.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure seamless support for spares order issues, proactively addressing customer complaints and delivering excellent results through diligent follow-up and coordination with various departments.
