Customer Service Representative Job Description

This role is responsible for the order processing, administration and management of material orders received from customers (airlines, maintenance and repair organizations - MROs and other customers/suppliers).

The ideal candidate will have strong customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to provide high quality responses to all customer related requests for all spare parts and related services.

  • Process and manage material orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide proactive support to customers on status of enquiries and deliveries.
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to material orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of spares ordering services.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their orders.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
