Customer Resolution Specialist

This role requires a skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide high-quality responses to customer inquiries, ensuring complete satisfaction with all spare parts and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt communication and honest, qualified responses.
Secondary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer order backlogs and addressing complaints related to material orders.
  • Fostering close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless spares ordering processes.
