Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Printer Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing hardware service and support on printers for end-users and corporate customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable IT Service Provider, who offers a wide range of services including IT support, computing parts distribution, and equipment resale. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely updates to customers on service appointments and service status until closure of service incidents.

You will also be responsible for conducting basic product training and briefing to customers on the features and usage of the printers, as well as performing tasks for unboxing and carrying printers for product installation services.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT hardware service and support on printers for end-users and corporate customers.
  • Conduct basic product training and briefing to customers on the features and usage of the printers.
  • Perform tasks for unboxing and carrying printers for product installation services.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on service appointments and service status until closure of service incidents.
  • Work closely with job dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.

Other Information

Please note that this is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of renewal. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel to various locations in Singapore based on customer address location.
