Executive Project Director

About the Role

As an Executive Project Director, you will lead and support cross-functional teams in achieving project goals. Your responsibilities include managing program plans to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

  • Create and oversee integrated program structures to guarantee success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Own program management deliverables, including establishing optimal team agreements and facilitating workshops.
  • Present updates to stakeholders and team members through key project meetings.
  • Ensure project stakeholders are regularly engaged for input and communicate emerging risks and mitigation plans.
Requirements

To be successful as an Executive Project Director, you will need:

  • A degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP business transformation projects with SAP and its surrounding platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, distill complex information into clear management points, and work with urgency and efficiency.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as summarizing, creating, and delivering management communication.
