Operational Performance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support, enhance, and optimize our hotel property management systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of hotel operations and its interfacing components, coupled with strong analytical skills to bridge the gap between hotel operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for hotel operations management systems and its related modules and interfaces.
  • Partner with hotel operations, finance, and IT teams to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Manage and support hotel operations configurations, enhancements, and integrations with third-party hospitality solutions.
