  • Leading the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Managing and overseeing daily business operations, to be executed efficiently, and in alignment with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements on operational processes
  • Partnering with the Compliance team to support client onboarding and new client set up activities
  • Identifying process optimisation opportunities to improve productivity and provide cost reduction
  • Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures
  • Providing detailed operational and management reports to senior management
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives
  • Maintenance of system static data and process documentation

Furthermore, we require a strong understanding or experience in securities / derivatives / fixed income / FX instruments and market practices in issuance, trading and custody operations, familiarity with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
