Supporting Global Orders

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Order Management Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing and resolution of any related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and update new orders within our SAP Order Management System to meet service-level expectations. Resolve order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, through effective coordination with Sales and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Working Hours and Location:
Our ideal candidate is comfortable working flexible hours, including Tuesdays to Saturdays from 5am to 2pm, with reimbursement for transportation costs. A minimum of three days per week must be spent working in the office. The location of our office is at Changi Business Park. We also offer flexibility for work on Public Holidays, with compensation provided for time off in lieu.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a duration of 1.5 years, subject to renewal based on performance and business needs. We strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering growth and development opportunities for our team members.
