Job Description

The role of a ServiceNow Solution Architect is crucial in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of financial sector clients.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, conducting assessments of client environments, and developing comprehensive documentation.

Additionally, you will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, mentor and support development teams, and stay informed of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on implementations within the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data models, and APIs.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
