Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow solution expert to lead and deliver high-impact ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement—ideal for someone ready to drive transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, designing robust solutions, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with strategic IT objectives.

Achieve this by engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).

Own and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.

Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.

Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.

Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.

Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks.

Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers.

Maintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
