Job Description

Business Analyst - ServiceNow Expert

As a Business Analyst - ServiceNow Expert, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of ServiceNow across our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and ServiceNow COE to design and implement business processes that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

You will be responsible for capturing business requirements, analyzing and documenting business needs, designing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems. Your expertise in ServiceNow platform and its capabilities will be invaluable in driving process improvements and streamlining internal organization approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture business requirement gathering, process mapping, and walk-throughs
  • Document business requirements for various modules and ensure alignment with organizational needs
  • Design and document workflow solutions on ServiceNow
  • Work closely with customer cross-functional teams, external vendors, and ServiceNow COE
  • Report to the ServiceNow Lead/Project Manager/Program Lead for NSC PATH implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or Business
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Functional Consultant or in similar business process
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • Experience in designing and implementing travel, claim request approval, invoice creation and approval, budget application approval, and discount approval applications
  • Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
