Condominium Manager Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the condominium.

  • General Administration Support: Provide support and assistance with general administration of building trade, site staff, rostering of duties, discipline, control of performance standards, and staff welfare.
  • Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade, etc., to identify potential issues.
  • Rapport Building: Build strong relationships with residents/council members through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Operational Review: Regularly review the overall operation of the management office and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Fire Safety: Conduct thorough checks for fire hazards, functioning fire escapes, fire doors, and obstruction-free access throughout the development.
  • Renovation Permits: Submit recommendations on residents' renovation permits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Meetings Coordination: Prepare, conduct, and document Sub-Committee Meetings, Council Meetings, and General Meetings, providing draft minutes for approval.
