Job Title: Condominium Operations DirectorJob Summary:

Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of a condominium, overseeing all aspects including maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage estate maintenance and Strata Management Act requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
  • Carry out maintenance functions to the highest standard expected by clients and proprietors.
  • Lead a team in providing various services, ensuring contract works and routine servicing are carried out as specified.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and insurance before expiry, recommending renewal or seeking quotations/tenders.
  • Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
  • Manage estate maintenance and Strata Management Act requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, handling pressure and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit good administrative and computer literacy, with a mature and outgoing personality.
