Job Title: Range Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Range Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols within Indoor Air Weapons Range and SAFRA Shooting Club (SSC) members.
  • Conduct periodic checks on shooting range facilities and equipment, such as compressor systems, to ensure they are in working condition.
  • Ensure seamless business operation within the designated function and perform shift duties while serving members.
  • Generate revenue through weapon storage and Junior Shooting Programme initiatives.
  • Ensure all administrative aspects of the Junior Shooting Programme are filed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Accurately and promptly check weapons for licensure and secure storage in the Armory.
  • Conduct accurate and timely checks on weapons stored at the National Shooting Centre, including license and storage verification.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Understanding of shooting range operations and safety procedures.
