Product Data Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge services relating to product data management and ranging system. This involves ensuring accurate product data flow across upstream and downstream systems, troubleshooting as needed.
Key responsibilities include leading consistent master data management and maintenance by using Excel format and in the system, providing support to relevant IT applications, and providing timely and accurate analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Master Data Management: Lead teams in maintaining accurate master data, utilizing Excel format and system capabilities.
- Ranging System Expertise: Serve as administrator and system expert for ranging and master data systems (e.g., RMA, Hublight, M3).
- SAP Product Master Data Management: Support specified SAP product master data fields (e.g., segmentation, RRP, RID) and ensure data accuracy through regular reports.
This role requires a strong understanding of GTM processes and KPIs, along with commercial knowledge and business acumen. Additionally, experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, and IT operations is beneficial.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, IT, or SCM.
- 5+ years of international SGI and/or FMCG company experience, with expertise in master data management and SAP system administration.
- 3+ years of marketing or sales analytics experience.
- Cross-functional experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and SCM is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in English, both verbally and written, are essential.
