Front Office Leadership Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of the Front Office and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with at least 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain effective front office operations.
  • Coach and guide team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
  • Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by playing a key role in emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment.
  • Possess excellent communications, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform independently and as a good team player.

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Opera system.
  • Emergency response procedures.

Working Arrangements:

  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
