Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Min. GCE 'N' Level qualification
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Able to handle situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Proficient in English and one or more additional languages
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours only
  • Afternoon: 12:30pm to 4:30pm (x3 headcount)
