We are seeking a skilled Phone Surveyor/Interviewer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting structured phone surveys to collect data on public opinion and social trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting structured phone surveys to collect data on public opinion and social trends.
  • Updating responses into computer systems with provided training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Effective telephone communication skills.
  • Able to handle situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages: multiple languages.
  • Proficient in computer software.
  • Previous call-centre, phone interviewing, or surveyor experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours only.
  • Afternoon shift: 12:30pm - 4:30pm x 1 headcount.
  • Evening shift: 5:30pm - 9:30pm x 4 headcount.
  • Attractive benefits including Annual Leave and Medical Leave.
