The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous advertiser revenue growth and developing strong relationships with adjoe's advertising clients. This role requires analyzing campaign performance data, creating strategic plans to expand partnerships, and leveraging adjoe services and products. Regular communication with partners and internal stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relations with mobile gaming and app advertisers, introducing them to adjoe's advertising solution.
  • Manage the overall pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client onboarding and growth.
  • Grow existing partner portfolios to increase revenue for both parties.
  • Analyze KPIs and trends related to partner performance and take corrective action.
  • Develop growth strategies for partners utilizing all adjoe products.
  • Maintain open communication channels with partners through regular meetings, emails, and calls.
  • Support new partners during the onboarding process.
  • Present reports and presentations to partners.
  • Communicate partner requests to internal stakeholders, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to international English-speaking team projects focused on advertiser growth and process improvement.
About You:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising, with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with standard adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS, etc.).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides.
  • Native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • An output- and revenue-driven attitude.
  • A strong sense of ownership.
  • A desire to make a real impact in sales and secure T1 and T2 enterprise clients in GCR.
  • Based in Singapore.
