High-Performing Enterprise Account Manager for Thailand Market

A high-performing Enterprise Account Executive is sought after by TOPLUXE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. to spearhead sales efforts in the Thailand market. This pivotal role involves prospecting, lead generation, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies. The ideal candidate will meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.
About the Opportunity
This challenging position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus sales incentives and comprehensive benefits. Private health insurance with top-tier coverage, a quarterly wellness stipend, and catered lunches (5 days/week) are also part of the perks. A hybrid work model allows for remote work flexibility, with 3 in-office days.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at client organizations
• Presenting solutions to Fortune 1000 companies across departments like Customer Experience, HR, and Marketing
• Executing account strategies, including prospecting, qualification, closing, and negotiations
• Collaborating with marketing on demand generation campaigns
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the company's solutions and competitive landscape
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and participating in sales planning meetings
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
• 7+ years' experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
• Proven track record in SaaS sales to market research, marketing, or HR departments
• Bachelor's Degree required; Salesforce.com experience and Mac proficiency preferred
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with expertise in presenting and demonstrating solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and ability to work across teams
• Willingness to travel as needed
