Job Opportunity: Regional Lead for Learning and Development

As a key member of our organization, the Regional Lead for Learning and Development will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact learning strategies to drive business growth and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional L&D strategy in alignment with the global academy strategy
  • Business partnering with regional leaders and key stakeholders to meet all L&D needs
  • Support and implement the global learning and development strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and appropriate equivalent experience; Human Synergistics LSI (ideal)
  • International Coaching Federation - Coaching level 1 or equivalent (ideal)
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

About the Role:

The Regional Lead for Learning and Development will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of regional L&D programs, including global programs' roll-out, and region-specific initiatives.
