Senior Mechanical Ventilation Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to lead and manage the full spectrum of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects.
This individual will oversee project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Responsibilities include supervising site works, installations, and testing & commissioning systems. The selected candidate will review and interpret M&E/ACMV drawings and specifications.
They must prepare project documentation, including method statements, reports, and progress updates. Additionally, they will monitor project costs and control budget to avoid overruns.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. They will also lead site meetings and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key requirements include a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field, as well as minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing ACMV projects.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of chilled water systems, ducting, and ventilation systems. A proven ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors is essential.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is necessary. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and BIM software is also required.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are expected from the successful candidate.
