Project Specialist for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation

We are seeking a seasoned project specialist to oversee the entire lifecycle of our air conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects. Your expertise will ensure timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with industry best practices.

Job Description:

  • Lead project teams and manage subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through effective monitoring and control measures.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements, reports, and progress updates, to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing air conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation systems, and industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and BIM.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to motivate teams and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
