Job Title: Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) site supervisor to oversee the update of project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal workers, external subcontractors, and consultants to resolve issues.
- The ACMV site supervisor will supervise and update ACMV project sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Manage site updates and resolve issues with internal workers, external subcontractors, and consultants in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare documentation for experience job method statements and risk assessment reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by management, such as conducting site inspections and reporting on progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as an ACMV site supervisor in a similar role.
- Building construction supervisory course certification.
- A Class 3 driving license.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Air Conditioning, Construction Management, Workplace Safety, Site Management, HVAC, Electrical, Project Planning, Construction Safety, Compliance, Project Management, and Construction Drawings.
