We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Designer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems for new builds and renovations.
  • You will oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ACMV systems, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
  • Collaboration with authorities, subcontractors, and site workers is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will also assist in preparing progress claims and variation orders.
  • In addition, you will track and manage project costs against budget.
  • To stay ahead of the curve, you will need to stay updated with the latest ACMV technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the ACMV field is required.
  • You must have knowledge of ACMV calculations, including heat load, pump sizing, chilled water systems, and chiller configuration.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications is essential.
