Job Title: Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Project Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) project manager to lead our ACMV project cycle, from planning to handover. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation, with a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, execute, and hand over ACMV projects.
- Supervise site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage schedules.
- Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time.
- Manage all technical documentation: MOS, RA, SWP, drawings, RFA, RFI.
- Plan manpower, forecast resources, and resolve site issues proactively.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and DLP documentation.
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Chair site meetings and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 10 years' experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation.
- Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
