Job Title: Mechanical Ventilation Engineer

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of mechanical ventilation systems for building and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, HVAC schematics, and layout plans.
  • Familiar with MV system components such as:
  1. Air Handling Units (AHU)
  2. Fan Coil Units (FCU)
  3. Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) / Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)
  4. Chiller systems, cooling towers
  5. Mechanical ventilation, smoke control systems
  6. Ductwork and chilled water pipe routing
Must have Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certifications (e.g., Safety Supervisor, Work-at-Height)Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., BCA, NEA, SCDF requirements)Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in ACMV/HVAC engineering, preferably in the construction or building services sector.">
