HVAC Engineer for Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned mechanical engineer to spearhead the design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC system designs and installations to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of local mechanical engineering standards and regulations.
- Analyze M&E drawings, HVAC schematics, and layout plans to identify potential issues.
- Familiarize yourself with ACMV system components, including AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, chiller systems, cooling towers, mechanical ventilation, smoke control systems, ductwork, and chilled water pipe routing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or related field.
- WSH certifications (e.g., safety supervisor, work-at-height).
- Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., BCA, NEA, SCDF requirements).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC engineering, preferably in construction or building services sector.
