About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Anti-Fraud and Governance Strategies team at TikTok Local Services. As a key member of our Governance and Experience team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end programmes to preserve trust and uplift the user experience for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of risk and anti-fraud experts to develop and implement impactful strategic programmes.
  • Devise data-driven anti-fraud strategies to ensure the health and trust of our ecosystem, including reducing platform losses and detecting fraudulent behaviour.
  • Analyse issues based on data and user feedback, formulate specific anti-fraud strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measures to enhance ecosystem health.
  • Establish policies to govern anti-fraud and circumvention scenarios within our ecosystem, including regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure mechanisms, systems, processes, feedback loops, and tools are in place to implement developed anti-fraud strategies and policies.
Requirements
  • Strong Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in driving data-driven anti-fraud and governance programmes within O2O, Local Services, E-commerce, strategy consulting, operations management, seller risks, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience within related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in utilising querying and analytical tools, and conducting data analysis.
  • Strategic thinking, programme management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and push complex projects, and influence multiple cross-functional teams.
