About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist doctors and nurses with visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry, venepuncture, ECG, and other clinical tasks as required.
  • Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service, maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic, and attend to patients at counters for registration and payment.
  • Financial Counselling: Offer financial guidance to patients and assist with invoicing and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Education: Candidates must have a minimum 'O' Level qualification or equivalent, with a professional certificate or diploma in any field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering is preferred, with applicants from the healthcare industry having an advantage.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and open to working overtime and deployment.

  • Salary: Up to SGD $2,800 per month (estimated), plus additional benefits and variable bonus.
