We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trust Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of Singapore. As a Trust Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily administration of trust mandates, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist trust relationship managers in the daily administration of trust mandates, including processing bank account opening documents, updating records, and preparing trust documentation.
  • Handle ad hoc projects, such as file maintenance, event logistics, and stationery requisition, and coordinate and track progress as necessary.
  • Assist the trust company with records management, directing telephone calls, and filing/mail activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma holder
  • 1-3 years in trust administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Team player
  • Meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Chinese Proficiency is required as this role is required to deal with Chinese clients
