Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Room Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability
  • Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures for arriving groups
  • Review and track requests for room changes and communicate status to staff
  • Confirm reservations and cancellations
  • Review out-of-order rooms daily and ensure rates match market codes
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests
  • File guest paperwork and documentation
  • Set up and process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Activate room keys and secure valid payment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
