Clean Operations Team Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a cleaning operations team lead to oversee our day-to-day cleaning activities, ensuring site cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving cleanliness excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily cleaning operations to maintain high site cleanliness standards.
  • Train and guide new staff during onboarding and daily activities.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assume duties in case of manpower shortages.
  • Maintain a cohesive working environment through collaboration with team members.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in operating various cleaning equipment and machines.
  • Flexible to work 6-day rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and midnight shifts, as well as Public Holidays.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
  • Maintain high personal hygiene standards and professional appearance at all times.
