Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our cleaning operations team. As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily cleaning activities across assigned sites and ensure smooth workflow.
  • You will be responsible for assigning, monitoring, and adjusting duty schedules to guarantee all areas are adequately covered at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of cleaning staff on best practices, chemical safety, and equipment operation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, submitting requests for replenishment in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all cleaning activities.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on time.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a stable and motivated workforce.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to guide staff and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle responsibilities reliably.
  • Hands-on attitude with willingness to perform cleaning duties and operate equipment when needed.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new changes.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required.
