We are looking for a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services are provided to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supervising cleaners in the cleaning or hospitality industry. Training will be provided, and the ability to travel for work-related matters is essential. Good time management and planning skills are also required, as well as proficiency in using computer software such as Excel.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety measures and regulations.
  • Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.
  • Plan weekly and monthly rosters and work schedules for cleaners.
  • Review weekly and monthly cleaning job reports for submission to management.
  • Maintain stock of supplies and materials and implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment.
  • Identify and recommend suitable equipment and technologies to improve cleaning operations.
  • Respond to client requests and deal with ad-hoc challenges.
  • Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations.
  • Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in supervising cleaners in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to travel for work-related matters.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
