Job Summary:

The Urgent Administrative Assistant role involves providing timely and efficient administrative support to medical staff while ensuring seamless patient flow.

This position is ideal for candidates with proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially those with prior experience in migrant worker medical centres or related healthcare settings.

  • Register and process patient details using Microsoft Office applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry into the system
  • Provide administrative support to medical professionals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Candidates will commit to a 3-month locum period with potential conversion to a 1-year contract or work on a long-term basis (4-5 days/week).

Essential Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in a migrant worker medical centre or related healthcare setting (preferred)
