Exceptional Guest Experience Representative

As a Telephone Operator, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of professionalism at all times. Our goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Answering incoming calls from external callers in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
  • Recording and controlling wake up calls
  • Paging guests in co-operation with concerned departments
  • Assisting guests with international calls and directory queries

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Attending to all guest queries and requests promptly
  • Handling In-Room Dining service order-taking and routing it to the kitchen for preparation
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Advising defects on switchboard equipment to the supervisor

A High School or Vocational Certificate in Business Management, Business Study or equivalent, with 1 year's experience in customer service or switchboard operator, is preferred.
