Job Title: Guest Experience Representative

As a Guest Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience with us.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended to.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries efficiently.
  • Anticipate guests' needs to provide personalized support and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
  • Assist guests with errands and tasks as required.
  • Record incident reports and assist with follow-up actions if necessary.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobbies are always clean and tidy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
