We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with guests and enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through meaningful interactions and feedback collection.
- Engage with guests during events, play games, and participate in social activities to enhance their experience.
- Develop and maintain a network of VIPs, influencers, partners, and regular patrons.
- Leverage these relationships to boost the venue's reputation and increase guest loyalty.
- Represent the venue at external events, collaborations, and community initiatives.
- Embody and communicate the venue's brand values in every guest interaction.
- Partner with the marketing team to promote events, campaigns, and activations both online and offline.
- Manage press and influencer visits, ensuring a memorable brand experience.
- Track guest satisfaction metrics, loyalty data, and feedback, and share insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, events) to align guest engagement strategies with business goals.
- Assist in planning and hosting promotional activities that drive guest attendance and positive publicity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in PR, hospitality, events, or guest relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to build strong rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
- A willingness to participate in social activities such as playing games and interacting with guests in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creativity, energy, and confidence in representing a brand in public.
