Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

This involves greeting and welcoming guests warmly, thanking them for their visit, and providing assistance with table reservations, seating, and food courses.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, be able to answer questions regarding the menu, and assist with selections.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to anticipate guest needs, and react promptly and tactfully.

Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
