Job Title:

E&S Partnership Manager

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an E&S Partnership Manager in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The E&S Partnership Manager plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives related to business development.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist senior leadership in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
  3. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.

Communication and Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other communications on behalf of senior leadership.

Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage various projects related to business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

Executive Support:
  • Manage senior leadership's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.

Administrative Duties:
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for senior leadership as needed.
  • Manage expense reports and budgeting related to business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

Ability to support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience in the creative industry is a plus.
