Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Partnerships Director will oversee the daily operations of community partnerships, focusing on implementing priority fundraising strategies and campaigns to support our mission.

  • Fundraising and Donor Engagement
    • Identify and cultivate donor relationships with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to maximize fundraising outcomes.
    • Drive revenue growth through securing donations, recurring gifts, legacy giving, grant applications, online campaigns, and events.
  • Events Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events to achieve revenue and engagement goals.
    • Develop event concepts aligned with our mission and fundraising priorities.
  • Relationship Management – Donors & Corporate Partners
    • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders to sustain and grow support.
    • Develop tailored engagement and recognition strategies to acknowledge contributions and demonstrate impact.
