Job Description:

Moonbug Entertainment is a global entertainment company behind popular kids' titles. We are seeking a dynamic leader to grow our commercial and partnerships business in the Asia Pacific region.

This role involves leading and inspiring a local team, combining creative thinking with hands-on execution to deliver financial results and long-term growth targets. The ideal candidate should be confident and assertive, capable of influencing stakeholders and negotiating high-value deals.

The successful candidate will own and execute the long-term commercial strategy for Moonbug in APAC, identifying key markets and new products. They will lead and grow the Singapore-based APAC team, fostering a high-performance culture built on creativity, collaboration, and bold thinking.

Key responsibilities include delivering financial targets in a high-growth environment, independently identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across distribution, original content, co-productions, and creative deals. The candidate will also drive revenue through strategic deal-making and represent Moonbug at key industry events as a thought leader and brand ambassador.

Required skills and qualifications include a proven track record of driving commercial growth in the APAC region, experience in building strategic partnerships, and a proactive, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, work independently, and communicate effectively across the business.
