Global Supply Chain Planning Excellence Lead

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead high-impact projects that drive efficiency and innovation in a global supply chain. You will take charge of strategic initiatives that ensure our products reach the right place at the right time and at the right cost, enhancing lives worldwide.

You will work with a data-driven, digitally advanced supply chain team to manage supply chain excellence programs, optimize operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real impact.

• Drive the transformation objective:
  • Track and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for end-to-end planning, from demand, supply, capacity, inventory planning, etc.
  • Digital & process improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable savings & business value.
  • Facilitate defining our supply chain operating model.
  • Clearly define roles & responsibilities across daily operations as well as people & performance-related routines.
  • Optimize ways of working to eliminate duplicated & non-value adding work, and a globally aligned operating model.
• Program & Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally & streamline processes to increase planning efficiency and optimize total cost to serve.
  • Embed operational excellence in all planning processes, ensuring standardized ways of working and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate & Partner Cross-functionally:
  • Be an ambassador for Global Supply Chain Planning.
  • Drive strategic alignment & prioritization with our regional & global partners within Supply Chain.
  • Ensure effective ways of working with other functions such as Procurement, Finance, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, etc.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to develop and prioritize a roadmap of projects.
  • Create a culture of innovation & operational excellence mindset.
  Required Skills & Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Excellence, Project Management, and End-to-End Planning Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority & gain cross-functional alignment.
• Curious, data-driven, and forward-thinking, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving action.
• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and design solutions.
• Familiarity with tools and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other Supply Chain software.
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide Supply Chain projects.
• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Adept at managing competing priorities, global time zones, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
