About Us

Our global supply chain planning ambition drives the entire team—we are a trusted partner that orchestrates end-to-end supply chain planning to maximize customer value and enable profitable growth —this role will embed and drive accelerated change in operational excellence and advance a digitally enabled ecosystem to optimize planning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the transformation objective:

• Track and execute a Multi-Year Transformation roadmap for end-to-end planning, from demand, supply, capacity, inventory planning, etc
• Digital & Process improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable savings & business value
• Facilitate defining our supply chain operating model
• Clearly define Roles & Responsibilities across daily operations as well as people & performance related routines
• Optimize Ways of Working to eliminate duplicated & non-value adding work, and a globally aligned operating model.

Program & Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals.
• Collaborate cross functionally & streamline processes to increase planning efficiency and optimize total cost to serve
• Embed operational excellence in all planning processes, ensuring standardized ways of working and adherence to industry best practices.

Collaborate & Partner Cross-functionally

• Be an ambassador for Global Supply Chain planning
• Drive strategic alignment & prioritization with our regional & global partners within Supply chain
• Ensure effective Ways of Working with other functions such as Procurement, Finance, manufacturing, logistics, distribution etc
• Collaborate with business process owners to develop and prioritize a roadmap of projects.
• Create a culture of innovation & operational excellence mindset

What You'll Bring

• A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain excellence, project management and end-to-end planning transformation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority & gain cross-functional alignment.
• Curious, data-driven, and forward-thinking, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving action.
• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and design solutions
• Familiarity with tools and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain software
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide supply chain projects
• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Adept at managing competing priorities, global time zones, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
