Job Role Summary

This role is focused on leading a team of volunteers in planning activities and supporting case management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a meaningful difference in the domestic worker community.

The selected individual will be responsible for recruiting, managing, engaging, and retaining volunteers, as well as developing an outreach plan and conducting outreach activities.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Volunteer recruitment and management.
  • Outreach planning and execution.
  • Maintaining accurate volunteer databases and post-event data.
  • Planning and executing activities and events for volunteers.
  • Generating monthly reports for management review.
  • Cases handling and 24-hour helpline support for domestic workers' employment matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to manage difficult situations, work well with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, and possess excellent communication skills.

The following requirements must be met:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome to apply.
  • Strong initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to converse in migrant domestic workers' native languages an advantage.
  • Required to work on Sundays and after office hours when needed.
