Job Title:
Banking Regulations Specialist

About the Role:
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify areas where compliance policies and procedures can be improved.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the drafting, managing, and executing of compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations. Assist in reviewing existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective. Identify areas where policies and procedures can be improved and develop recommendations for change. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure compliance. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who has a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and relevant work experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
