The role of Associate, Transaction Banking is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for a portfolio of existing and new to bank Institutional clients, in developing strategies and plans to access the broader market opportunities to increase wallet penetration. You will engage in customer meetings, planning, presentations and assist with the implementation of new business initiatives. You will be responsible to track and review customer performance and deliver set revenue targets including supporting portfolio managed clients. You will also support department initiatives to further improve digitalisation and process efficiency.

This role will offer a broad range of opportunities to exponentially increase your knowledge and hands-on experience in Transaction Banking products for Institutional/MNC clients and grow your business disciplines in Singapore and across the region.

**Your day-to-day activities will be**:
To manage a portfolio of designation clients, engage clients with clear calling plans and to deliver target revenue.
To manage new to bank clients and deliver agreed Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions.
Support incoming/outgoing business into/from Singapore from/to Australia, New Zealand and other ANZ network countries such as Greater Mekong and India.
Assist and coordinate various sales activities such preparing pricing documentation, follow-up activities, pipeline management, call reports etc.
Collaboration with the TB teams in the region, Relationship Teams, and other Product specialists to identify cross sell opportunities.
Developing Transaction Banking product service proposals (RFPs) for target customers including PPT presentation and Word proposals.
MIS extraction and Business Dashboard preparation to support TB business initiatives and business management.
Lead/Contribute process improvement, digitalisation, quality in service delivery, and customer focus initiatives across product, operations etc.
Develop a personal growth plan to broaden skillsets in various Transaction Banking expertise such as in Sales, Product Management, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Supply Chain Financing.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in Transaction Banking with focus on Payments and Cash Management and Trade Finance.
Experience in customer facing and sales-based roles especially with MNCs and Regional Treasury Centers.
Good understanding and experience with Transaction Banking products and solutions such as Internet banking platforms, Liquidity Management, File format integration, Trade Guarantees etc.
Experience with Transaction Banking business in ANZ network countries especially Australia, New Zealand, and Greater Mekong.
Experience with business landscape in Greater Mekong countries and any local language proficiency is a plus as this role will deal with local clients in the region.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite usage (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Good communication, writing, language and presentation skills.
Strong relationship building skills and team player approach
Energetic, professional, and continuous improvement focus.
